At MCM Plumbing, we hold multiple contractor licenses from the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). These licenses let us do a wide range of plumbing and engineering work. In addition, they show we follow professional and safety standards.

C-36 – Plumbing Contractor License (California)

The C-36 Plumbing Contractor license lets us install, maintain, and repair water and waste systems for homes, businesses, and industry. For example, we use this license for water heater installs and backflow service.
- Install and repair water, gas, and waste piping systems
- Construct on-site waste disposal systems
- Install water heaters, solar water systems, and boilers
- Connect gas appliances (excluding forced warm-air units)
- Run water and gas lines from utility meters to buildings
- Install medical gas, vacuum, and air systems
- Service backflow preventers, water conditioners, and safety valves
C-34 – Pipeline Contractor License (California)

The C-34 Pipeline Contractor license covers underground pipeline and service-line work. Therefore, we can handle excavation, boring, and the full restoration that follows.
- Fabricate and install fluid pipeline systems
- Apply protective coatings and corrosion control methods
- Perform trenching, boring, shoring, and backfilling
- Compact, pave, and restore the project surface
A – General Engineering Contractor License

Our Class A — General Engineering license allows us to manage large civil and utility projects. For example, we handle water mains, sewer systems, and wide-area trenching.
- Build sewer systems, storm drains, and municipal water mains
- Perform large-scale grading, trenching, and excavation
- Construct flood control and related infrastructure
- Install and manage industrial pipelines and treatment facilities

AWWA — Certified Backflow Assembly Tester
About: Michael C. Morin / MCM Plumbing is an AWWA Certified Tester. This means we are trained to test and document backflow assemblies and to spot cross-connection risks. In short, we help keep drinking water safe.
- Perform certified backflow assembly testing and supply compliant test reports (where local rules allow)
- Recommend corrective actions to protect potable water supplies
- Follow AWWA procedures for testing, record-keeping, and reporting when working with utilities and inspectors
Jet — Installation, Service & Maintenance Certification
About: Michael C. Morin / MCM Plumbing is Jet certified. This shows we are trained on Jet aerobic wastewater systems. Therefore, we can install, start up, and service these systems to meet manufacturer specs and local rules.

Infiltrator — AES Wastewater Treatment System Installer Certification

About: MCM Plumbing is certified to install the AES wastewater treatment system by Infiltrator. This certification confirms training on the combined treatment and dispersal method used by AES systems. In addition, we can help coordinate with County Environmental Health for plan review and approval.
